True story: Last year I went to a Chilis bar and wanted to order the triple dipper. Bartender said they recently retired the chili queso and I say "Woah, big blunder! Bad move! Chili queso was like the best thing on the menu!" Bartender laughs and runs into the back. Suddenly a manager and a woman in a business blazer comes out and the bartender says " you should hear what this guy said about the chili queso!" And without skipping a beat I said "yeah she told me you guys got rid of the chili queso and my heart immediately broke! When I tried it for the first time I thought it was one of the best things I ever had with my chips. Super bummed!" After they left the bartender told me that was one of the top executives at Chilis. 3 months later, I bring my friends to Chili's lamenting over the chili queso and telling them that story. And when we opened the menus my friend immediately pointed out Chili Queso was back on the menu. NOW IM NOT SAYING I SAVED THE CHILI QUESO BUT I WILL SAY I MUST HAVE HELPED!
