1/10 The Super Bowl halftime show used to be for everyone. This is how the NFL got scared, gave up the middle, and turned it into something a lot of Americans no longer recognize. Thread 👇 open.substack.com/pub/stevebaron…

California Is Blocking a Federal Audit of Its Voter Rolls California allows first-time voters to register using forms of ID that most Americans would find surprising, including: -Gym membership card -Employer ID card -Credit or debit card -Prescription drug label -Insurance card (California provides free health coverage to undocumented immigrants) Full list: sos.ca.gov/elections/hava… This is permitted when a voter fails to provide a Social Security number or driver’s license at registration. Our office believes this policy deserves a closer look. We also have serious concerns about how California maintains its voter rolls. There are open questions about whether the state is promptly removing deceased voters, people who have moved, and individuals convicted of disqualifying felonies. On top of that, California allows third parties to collect and turn in ballots on voters’ behalf (a practice known as ballot harvesting) with few restrictions. This makes it difficult to track who actually received, completed, and submitted each ballot. For over a year, the Department of Justice has been trying to audit California’s voter rolls. Federal law gives the Attorney General the authority to review state voter files and confirm that only eligible U.S. citizens are voting in federal elections. @AAGDhillon sent California a letter explaining our legal authority. California refused to comply, claiming state privacy laws block the review, an argument that does not hold up because those laws don’t apply to the federal government in this context. We’ve sued California in federal court, and the case is before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. If California genuinely wants voters to trust its elections, it should open its records, not fight to keep them closed. What are they afraid of?

Plans released for a $16 billion mile-long ship capable of carrying 80,000 people. The 'Freedom Ship' would be home to about 50,000 people, with space for 10,000 tourists and 20,000 crew members. "The Freedom Ship is envisioned as a permanently mobile city at sea designed for long-term residence rather than short-term travel," the company says. The ship would be about 8 times the size of the current largest ship in the world, the Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas. The plans include a 15,000-seat stadium, schools, colleges, shops, clubs, a water park, a music hall, museums, parks, and more. The ship, which would run on nuclear, would be too large to dock and would remain in international waters. Freedom Cruise International says it would go around the world every two to three years. Insane.

For years, I have warned that AI will turn into AGI by 2030. Well, I recently heard @pmarca tell @joerogan that it’s ALREADY HERE. This means AI is operating beyond expert human capability in most areas of knowledge, and you’re going to have that in your pocket. This is incredible, yet terrifying at the same time. Bill Gates once said he couldn’t create Microsoft in today’s world, and he’s right. He couldn't. But with AGI, if you know how to prompt, your small company can compete against giant corporations. But the key is asking the right questions. Andreessen said THAT is the skill everyone should master now: how to prompt. It’s not infinite knowledge that’s the focus. It’s discernment with your questions. This is a turning point for all of humanity, and I hope we can use it right without forming Skynet. Listen to Marc Andreessen explain this on The Joe Rogan Experience if you really want to understand how game-changing this is.

Alors pardon. Et au travail.

I have created a list of Consevative influencers who I believe are taking money from Iran, Russia and Qatar. I have attached my supporting evidence. As I told the DOJ, Tucker Carlson isn’t the only person who is likely violating FARA. All of these traitors deserve jail time.

🚨 “Our commanders have abandoned us. They’re hiding like rats.” An Iranian soldier in Lorestan says commanders have deserted their posts and gone into hiding fearing Israeli and US bombardment, leaving conscripts like him to face the danger alone. He says soldiers are sleeping outside in barracks yards, the desert, and the wilderness out of fear. Reports like this are becoming increasingly common, with soldiers saying their commanders are sacrificing their lives while protecting their own.

THE VATICAN JUST SEALED ITS ARCHIVES. ASK YOURSELF WHY. March 2, 2026. 4:00 PM. At 6:12 AM Rome time, Pope Francis ordered the immediate closure of the Vatican Secret Archives to all researchers, scholars, and diplomats. No explanation. No timeline. No precedent in 400 years. The last time the Vatican sealed its archives was 1633 — when they buried the truth about Galileo. Today, they’re burying something far worse. THE EPSTEIN-VATICAN WIRE The DOJ files released March 1 contain 14 wire transfers between Epstein’s Butterfly Foundation and IOR — the Vatican Bank. Total amount: $47 million between 2008 and 2017. The Vatican Bank — the most secretive financial institution on Earth. No external audits. No public records. No oversight. $47 million from a convicted sex trafficker. And not one question asked. The transfers were labeled “charitable donations to youth programs.” Read that again. THE CARDINAL One name appears on both the Epstein flight logs AND the Vatican’s internal communications: Cardinal Angelo Becciu. Becciu was convicted of financial crimes by the Vatican in 2023. But his Epstein connection was never investigated. He flew to Little St. James 3 times — in 2012, 2014, and 2016. Each trip was logged as “interfaith dialogue mission.” On the island. With Epstein. For interfaith dialogue. Becciu reported directly to Pope Francis. He managed the Vatican’s $700 million investment portfolio. He controlled which “charities” received funding. And $47 million of Epstein’s money flowed through his office. THE 3 AM SHREDDING Italian intelligence sources confirm: at 3:14 AM this morning, Vatican security activated the “Protocol Omega” document destruction procedure. 12 industrial shredders. 3 incinerators. Running for 6 hours straight. The smoke was visible from the Tiber River. The last time Protocol Omega was activated? April 2005 — the day Pope John Paul II died. They’re not mourning today. They’re destroying evidence. THE GLOBAL PATTERN — Feb 14 — Swiss Alps bunker raided. Epstein tapes recovered. — Feb 21 — Tel Aviv server seized. More tapes. — Feb 28 — Tehran facility secured by US military. Last copy. — Mar 1 — DOJ releases operational files. Vatican Bank named. — Mar 2 — Vatican seals archives. Shredders running at 3 AM. Every institution that touched Epstein’s money is now in panic mode. Wall Street. Hollywood. The British Crown. The US government. And now — the Vatican. The oldest, most powerful institution on Earth is running scared. Because God doesn’t care about your robes, your titles, or your 2,000-year-old walls. Justice has no borders. And no sanctuary. The grand jury meets March 7.

Here's the truth about Team USA women's hockey's decision to not attend The State of the Union at The White House* 1. Team USA women's hockey knew they were invited to The White House prior to Trump's call with the men's team. They weren't an "afterthought" as many have reported. 2. Many team members found Trump saying "we have to invite the women too or I'll get impeached", humorous, didn't take offense, and knew it was a joke. 3. Jack & Quinn Hughes mother, who is a player development consultant for the women's team, was not offended by Trump's call, nor was she offended by her sons/their team's laughter after Trump's comment. 4. A few players spoke against accepting Trump's invitation to attend The State of the Union in the team chat. I don't know exactly who, but based on past comments and actions, we can speculate Captain Hilary Knight was one of those players. So this decision does have a political element to it. 5. USA Hockey is actively trying to schedule a White House visit after the NCAA/PWHL seasons, because they want the publicity. My opinion, there's no better publicity than now. They're squandering a MASSIVE opportunity, while the men are capitalizing on it, and uniting America around their team. 6. The "academic and professional commitments" excuse has validity, but it doesn't tell the whole story. Accommodations were offered to ensure players could get back to school and prepare for the second half of the PWHL season starting Thursday (NHL resumes Wednesday). *Majority of this information was provided by an inside source connected to the team & has direct contact with many of it's players Overall, the women's team could've made this work, but they declined, which means this will go down as the biggest missed opportunity to promote women's hockey in the history of the sport... For a league (PWHL) actively working to add expansion teams this offseason, and add "franchise level" contracts, this a incredibly poor PR decision.
