I only flew the seat (MK5) Lightning solo a few times - It was easier to take a pax than strap the seat up. Apart from Boscombe Down and Saudis Arabia no complete versions of the T4 exist sadly - Early versions had the yellow trainer bars - XM974 crashed in 1972 due to fire

An American Werewolf in London (1981) I don't live in London, but whenever I go there and use the Tube, this scene plays in my head. It's an absolute masterclass in tension, paranoia and rising fear. The glimpse of the creature at the end is the chef's kiss. #horrormovie
