Absolutely pathetic from Reform UK MPs as they stage a mass (well, eight) walkout of #PMQs. Obviously pre-rehearsed but very much reflective of their thin-skinned demeanour in Westminster. Rare to see them in the chamber at all to be fair.

It’s devastating that Girlguiding has announced plans to exclude existing trans girl guides from September. The Supreme Court ruling is being weaponised to bully previously inclusive organisations into abandoning members of their own community. The government must ensure that the statutory guidance enables organisations to be inclusive and protects them from expensive anti-trans lawfare.

Girls are being banned from Girlguides. Why? Because a small group of wealthy, well-connected transphobes decided to target children and make their lives a misery instead of focusing on real issues.

Five years ago, hundreds of Islamists protested at the gates of Batley Grammar School all because a teacher showed a cartoon of the Prophet Muhammad during a Religious Education lesson. Within days, he was forced into hiding. Threatened with death. His family targeted and children forced to miss school. Five years on. He is STILL in hiding. Still living in fear. In Britain. And what’s changed? Instead of defending free speech, Labour are now debating new definitions of “anti-Muslim hostility” and appointing a tsar to police it. This amounts to blasphemy law by the back door and it will have a significant and chilling effect on how people live. Labour councils in the north of England have issued advice to teachers warning that children’s drawings may be deemed “idolatrous” under sharia law. That music and dance lessons might breach religious expectations. Teachers are effectively being told to be careful. Children risk being labelled blasphemous for drawing a nativity scene. 
 No religion should be above the law. No belief should be beyond criticism. The Batley teacher was cleared of any wrongdoing and an independent report said he was badly let down. But it didn’t matter. His life was already torn apart. His children forced out of school. His family still in hiding. So ask yourself, if this happened again today, would anything be different? Or would we fail him all over again? We must stand up for our teachers.
We must defend children. 
We must say no to extremism and no to blasphemy laws in Britain. We MUST fight for free speech.

Why do we have to wait a month to see how @RachelReevesMP plans to reduce the cost of filling up? WTF is she waiting for? Dozens of countries have already introduced caps on retail fuel prices. China and Croatia, along with Greece, Hungary, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, and Thailand, have now introduced price caps! Taiwan absorbs 60% of price hikes through a government mechanism. Germany and Austria limit how often stations can raise prices. France has introduced price ceilings and increased inspections to prevent gouging. Many other countries are using alternatives such as VAT or excise tax cuts (e.g., Spain, Portugal, Sweden), subsidies, or stockpiles rather than direct caps The economy, businesses, and motorists are suffering right now. I predict that inflation will increase by 0.3% due to the March pump-price rip-offs. So, I repeat, why are we waiting a month to know what the hell this government plans to do to relieve the cost-of-living crisis? The hardback archives of Monkhouse’s handwritten joke books, dating back to 1960s, were bought in for repair by the comic’s adopted daughter and his old writing partner. In a tribute to the comic, who died in 2003, footage of the restoration was due to be aired this year. But the BBC axed the segment after a member of the production company Ricochet complained about one of the gags. I would like to know the identity of that employee. He or she has robbed many of us of a decent bit of television. Rare enough on the BBC I couldn’t give a toss if they were upset about the gag. Monkhouse will have bought a damned sight more pleasures to the world than this employee ever will.

This morning I was asked to give interviews at the scene of the burning of ambulances belonging to Jewish volunteers in North West London. Politicians and police turned up to wring their hands, but none had a single solution to the madness engulfing Britain. That madness includes poisonous far-left idiots like former British Ambassador to Uzbekistan (how embarrassing for Britain) @CraigMurrayOrg claiming that Israeli secret agents must have burned down the ambulances to somehow help Israel, and venonmous far-right idiots like @JaydaBF saying how disgusting it is that Jews have their own special ambulances, even though in reality @Hatzola treats people of all faiths and none, just like @StJohnAmbulance. If you know someone who is constantly going on about Jews, Zionists or Israelis, whether in real life or on your timeline, call them out. Tell them they have a problem next time you see them. Comment on their posts and then unfollow and block them. It is not just down to our politicians to take action at long last: it is down to each of us to intervene, or there will be nothing left of the decent and tolerant Britain of old.
