@BBCNews @F1 Immediate 25% price hike on merchandise for all EU teams at Miami Grand Prix unless proof of non-US residency can be provided. Similar fuel tariff applied to Cadillac.

@anon_opin Developers tick the “green” box by promising to plant new trees, meanwhile they’ll totally scrub everything already growing. Do they know how long it’ll take for the trees they plant to mature and the, potentially unrecoverable, harm to wildlife due to their actions?

The older the housing development, the more trees there are scattered around. Let alone driveways, children's parks, paths to walk on. New build estates are fucking bleak dystopias.

@ATGTICKETS just had renewal come through for ATG+. What is the purpose of the card? I have never needed to produce it, and it just seems a waste of postage and more plastic to into the environment.

Didcot Town Ladies produced a stunning performance to upset favourites Finchampstead in the Berks and Bucks Trophy final. Holly Ward and Lillie Tredgett scored as Didcot battled their way to a 2-1 win at the home of Penn and Tylers Green. Didcot started strongly. Marshalled by the defence of Aimee Foley, Caitlin Sear and Maddie Sheppard, Didcot restricted Finchampstead to few clear-cut chances, with Lucie Wilcox only forced into one first-half save. Wing backs Millie Jones and Ruby West offered an outlet out wide, and with Zoe Barnes pulling the strings in midfield and Bea Pratley battling strongly ahead of her, Didcot controlled the game from the off. Bella Jones and Holly Ward were finding space in attack and working hard to cause the Finchampstead defence problems. Holly Ward went close to opening the lead when her shot from the edge of the area hit the post. Holly didn't have to wait long to find the net. Bea Pratley saw her shot from the edge of the area saved by the Finchampstead keeper, and Holly was on hand to show boyfriend Tyger Hall how to finish with her left foot. (Sorry Tyger). Didcot expected Finchampstead to come at them strongly in the second half, but it was Didcot who continued to create chances. Zoe Barnes saw one shot go just over the bar, and then the keeper produced a fingertip save to push another shot onto the post. Lillie Tredgett came off the bench to offer fresh legs in attack, and she gave Didcot breathing space with a calm finish. Lillie got in between three players to lift the ball over the keeper and into an empty net. Charmaine White and Amelia Barlow both came on late on to offer fresh legs as Finchampstead tried to find a way back into the game. Finchampstead scored a consolation goal with the last kick of the game, but it was not going to deny Didcot, who celebrated soon afterwards their first trophy since they were reformed in 2024.

@ATGTICKETS was getting a “something wrong behind the scenes” error. Now in nowhere land of a paused queue. Trying to buy pre-sale tickets for Tony Hadley in Oxford.

What is more worrying is how much of #UK businesses and government rely on @awscloud . If they can’t sort their own sh!t out in a timely manner, what chance does #UKplc and #UKGov have. A case for #insourcing ?

Amazon errors with checkout and order history screwed for the last 12 hours. Can’t image the missed revenue, although most people will probably try again in a day or so. Slightly working they can’t revert to systems in another region or fail-back to before the issue. @AmazonHelp

We thought Jerry would be home by now after his heart valve replacement surgery but sadly he has suffered 2 small strokes, the first one just 3 days after surgery. He was doing so well but he suffered another stroke yesterday. I'm reaching out to the aviation community to help us get him through this. We need our Jerry back. If you pray, please pray for him 🙏 Gilly 💕 #aviation #avgeeks

There are only seven cities in England: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Leeds and Newcastle. The other pretenders are just big towns.
