Hi @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk @EE - today is 6 weeks since our broadband/landline was knocked out - you said you’d have us back up and running within days - then weeks - and here we are at the end of the fifth date that you’ve given us for getting us back online, and nothing. Thanks

@bt_uk Yes, I’ve done that already, several times - I get messages back with a timescale for the issue to be fixed, but nobody comes out, the time expires…I then go again, get a new timescale, nothing happens…you get the picture

@SteveSanham Then it does sound like it would be best to have our team check, if they can identify a fault with your BT service then they would link in with Openreach.

@bt_uk I’ve now called that number, and spoken to someone who said they cannot help me. BT need to contact them to ask them to fix the problem. This is ridiculous

@bt_uk I don’t think you followed my barbed humour there…I have no functioning phone, or mobile phone reception…and neither do all the elderly people who live on my road

@SteveSanham Whatever works best for you Steve, an 0800 number is free from any UK landline or UK mobile number.

@SteveSanham Hi Steve. I can appreciate that you're frustrated, especially if this hasn't been fixed for you and those impacted. Now, what I'd recommend doing is reporting this issue with the cabinet to Openreach directly, you can find them on 0800 023 2023 and select option 1 twice.

@bt_uk …and here we are 24 hours and 1 minute past the timescale that I was last given and I have had 4 identical text messages informing me that the problem has been fixed…which it has not, as there is still a very wonky pylon in the road which nobody has been out to even look at

@bt_uk Problem is that I’ve spoken to your team a lot - they have no control over Openreach who are apparently ‘not customer facing’
