The awesome thing about being a progressive liberal Democrat is that you can make up the rules as you go along. When conflicts happens and both combatants are dug in, it’s vital to remember that there is just one truth. Both parties will have differing perspectives, but the reality is somewhere in the middle.

@mtaibbi Twitter is a PRIVATE company and not a Government owned platform. Limiting hate speech and misinformation is a BENEFIT for a healthy society. Most Private owned companies moderate speech to protect their clients and advertisers. It isn't that hard.

The prom picture I posted was obviously intended to be a joke. My Daughter has dated her boyfriend for over a year and they knew I was joking. I take gun safety seriously (the gun was not loaded and had no clip in) and I did not intend to be insensitive to that important issue
