An incompetent display of customer service from @XfinitySupport. Was offered a package 2 weeks ago, accepted the offer, but was never sent the paperwork to complete. Fast forward to today and they reneged their offer and offered a much more expensive package. See screenshots.

Did you watch the 2025 Mets and the process that resulted in one of the worst pitching performances in recent memory? David Stearns built that staff. The process didn’t work. So the response is to double down? I’m sorry, as I’ve said before, no more circle of trust. Stearns is going to have to prove his vision is correct.
