@JamieMetzl Universal Healthcare is not extreme, it's the norm. Even countries led by conservatives have universal healthcare. We are the extreme for having the most expensive healthcare system that covers less people. The ACA which improved things is an expansion of gov healthcare

Just tried some runs in #SuperMeatBoy3D. The devs did a surprisingly good job bringing the hardcore 2D Jump ‘n Run formula into the third dimension. Every level just takes a few seconds to complete. ✅It’s hard as hell of course. 😁 ✅And it’s on game pass! 😜 #XboxShare
