Chris Kavanagh was sent for an on-field review and was asked by VAR to look specifically at the grappling from both Rice and Trossard:
His response: “I’m not sure what I’m looking at, give me a clue…..I don’t think there’s much in that at all, I’m happy with that…..that’s nothing.”

And once again you disingenuous group of refs did not focus one little bit of that programme on Trossard pushing Pablo into the keeper. Yeah you showed it in real time a few times, but never once did you slow it down and admit that Trossard created the first foul. Fact is, if he did not push him and Gabriel wasn't pulling his shirt downwards, and the keeper didn't move towards him, Pablo does not make that "foul". This was an orchestrated move designed by Arsenal and lapped up by the referees, because it delivered the "right" outcome.

People see what they want to see but Raya was clearly fouled as he was about to catch the ball.
All the other stuff going on in the box is usual corner kick nonsense. Raya is prevented from catching the cross. That trumps everything.
There's no controversy. Great VAR call.
