The stock trades at cycle lows while clueless analysts covering it, just like those who covered $ZIM, focus on the current situation rather than the sum of the parts or what its main asset is worth to competitors. Meanwhile, an industry juggernaut tried to acquire the company at a 60% premium to the current market price and was rejected by large shareholders who believe it is worth much more. Broadwood, a major holder, has indicated there could be additional interest if a proper process is run. This is a company with a unique asset and a real moat that someone will always want to buy. You don't get to "serve Hashem in your own way." Hashem defines how He is to be served. It's like a waiter ignoring a customer's order and "serving them in his own way," by bringing his own favorite dish. Or like a soldier disobeying direct orders and insisting he is "serving his country in his own way".
