Whenever I just shove everything in the suitcase, I always remember everything Whenever I do things my wife's way and in a very organized fashion neatly place everything in a suitcase, I always forget something

@dov_rabinowitz Also, considering what just happened in Europe, I don't trust the car to be safe. They have a mind of their own and ram queer people

I treat women with chivalry by throwing a gauntlet at them
Brendah Njiru@brendahnjiru

Send the car. Pick her up and bring flowers. Abundance mindset. Are you trying to date her or not? Because if you are, it's wild not to get her a car. So what if it doesn't work out? You treated her with the utmost love and respect. Utmost chivalry. It's more a reflection of you and how you choose to show up. Also, per the Gottmans (they can predict divorce with over 90% accuracy from a short conflict conversation). Couples that got divorced physiologically triggered each other. Couples that stayed together didn't have a physiological stress response to one another and focused on how they felt rather than accusing the other person. But I digress. Per the Gottmans, relationships need a 5:1 ratio of good to bad interactions to feel fulfilling, and 10:1 is even better. If you do one negative thing, it takes 5+ positives to even it out. Think of it as an emotional bank account where positive interactions are deposits. Not that you're giving to get something back, but when you inevitably have a negative interaction, "a withdrawal," your account is still full. For this guy: if he's been out of the dating game for a while and his game isn't as strong, he'd likely still get a second date because he got the car. Their emotional bank account isn't in the red. It's also interesting that she's literally telling him how she feels cared for, and he didn't take the chance. She's giving him the manual on how to win with her. Easy to say she's a gold digger and he doesn't want to be used. So what if she is? You maintain your energy and choose how you show up. Nobody can affect you unless you agree to be affected. People who aren't aligned will naturally fall away over time if you're maintaining your pure energy. The other problem is that people are dating too many people at once. Personally, I think it's better to date one person at a time and give them the energy they deserve. When you have too many options, interactions get curt like this. He wasn't even curious why she asked for the car, and maybe she wonders why he said no. It was never about the car. It never is. It's about what it represents: safety, care. There's a sub-bid behind the bid. Even if it didn't work out, I believe in setting the standard high for people you date so they never expect less. Same for friends. E.g. @SimoneSyed mentioned how her guy friends walk her home when it's late, open doors, and get her a car. She wouldn't expect anything less from anyone she dates. People in the dating market are jaded. In the age of AI, people need genuine connection more than ever. Be the breath of fresh air for your dates. Not to look cool, but because it's the right thing to do. The world could use more love and care. Don't contribute to the cynicism. Bring romance back. Make dating cool again. Send the car. Bring the flowers. Have an abundance mindset. I understand a lot of people are trying to date economically. Even if you are, just do it. Money is energy. You'll get more.

How do you explain to a Muggle that he can’t post my 𝕏 account on his family chat? Like this is a safe space. You are either in it and live it. Or you are completely not invited! :)

@pazarts97 I think this also speaks to the fact that people deeply want to believe in something mystical Lots of high horse atheists think that if kids would just not be exposed to religion, they would naturally be atheists when we find the opposite

@JackalBruit Statistically at the rate that we're going, most people won't have jobs and any means to provide for themselves. There will be mass amounts of hunger, poverty and death within the next 10 years I rely on Hashem, so I'm not afraid. But without God, the future is bleak

@JackalBruit considering the amount of people I've seen lose jobs and the amount of developers who have to switch careers because they can't find a job. Yeah, it's already happening

@eliyahu36 @dov_rabinowitz It's not that he wants to disrespect him that. Oftentimes we base our image of someone on the first time we've met them or heard about them, which when they're older and more accomplished, generally projects a more respectable persona
