Woman Cr!es Out at UBA Bank in Bayelsa State After Mistakenly Transferring ₦100,000 to Unknown Account, Accuses Bank of Refusing to Revert the Money Despite Court Order as They Requested Earlier
According to her, she mistakenly transferred money to an unknown account. Immediately after completing the transaction, she rushed to a UBA bank branch, where officials confirmed that the money had already been credited to the recipient’s account.
However, she was informed that the account had been inactive for a long time. She was then advised to obtain a court order to proceed with any possible recovery. After securing the court order and returning to the bank, she was told that nothing further could be done, as the funds had already been moved out of the account, as she claims

Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ola Olukoyede, has revealed that the agency investigated Jerry Eze, founder of Streams of Joy International, for six months over suspected money laundering before clearing him of any wrongdoing.
Speaking at the Jerry Eze Foundation Business Grant Award Ceremony in Abuja, Olukoyede said the probe was triggered by intelligence reports and petitions after the commission noticed significant inflows of foreign currencies into the cleric’s domiciliary account.
He noted that funds in dollars and pounds were coming from multiple countries, prompting scrutiny, but no evidence of financial misconduct was ultimately established.

English

@olaitan_5389 Gone are the days when men were truly men 👨, treating women with care and respect. Back then, you’d greet her first, offer her a seat, and even insist she eats so she has the strength to get home safely after the rain without expecting her contact in return.
Life don spoil!
English

She came to my shop yesterday to dodge for rain without even greeting when the rain was about to stop she wanted to be going not until the rain was still draining.
Our eyes eventually caught each other but I just stood my ground not to offer her a sit just because she doesn't know how to utter a greeting.
