Just over a week til this years @WDAStudios #CaricatureShow. This is an #AprilFools tradition thats been carried down for years at WDAS where anyone can #caricature anyone then made into a gallery of laughs and amazing awe inspiring skill. Heres a taste at some of mine this year

#Tarzan out while I was in college, learning how to #animate. I watched it more times than I can count and it is still a constant inspiration for me as an animator. From Tarzan’s physical #performance to the subtle acting of Kala. This film is full of incredible #animation.

@stodoe I have a question about the new Disney movie Hexed. Does the floating three eyed cat in the concept art look a bit similar to the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland? I can tell by the stripes on them.

@ACRacebest It’s so nice to know people are loving it. It reminds me of all the times I went back to see a Disney animated movie that inspired me. Although I think you have me beat by about 50 times. Haha I’m glad we can do for others what other did for me and my love of animation

I am incredibly honored and grateful to share that Snow Bear has received 2 Nominations for the Annie Awards. I've been nominated for 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 (TV/Media), and Snow Bear has been nominated for 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁. I worked on this film alone in my studio, doing one drawing at a time. 𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱, 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝟭𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲. It began as a story of loss and loneliness, and slowly became about healing, hope, and companionship. I never imagined that this little, dialogue-free film would find its way into the hearts of so many people... but I am beyond grateful that it has! To be recognized by the ASIFA-Hollywood and Annie Awards which is comprised of fellow artists and peers I deeply respect, truly means the world to me. This was an idea I’ve had for years and I had 100 excuses to never start it. I thought it’d be fun to make custom #family placemats that worked together as a set but were also for each individual’s seat. Also so we wouldn’t get bored of them I made them double sided. #caricature

@Queenwai39 @DisneyAnimation Everyone was so excited for the potential of Gary being voiced by Ke. Lots of early tests were done with his voice in mind and we were so so happy to hear that he took the role.

@stodoe @DisneyAnimation That is wonderful..and even thought one is real person and another one is animated snake but Ke Huy Quan really does looking likes Gary De'snake, is it on purpose or coincidence?

We had a celebratory toast today for the successful opening of #zootopia2 at @disneyanimation. We’re all so proud of how this movie turned out and are so humbled by how much the world is loving the film. We had some special guests stop by as well to say hi.
