If you are so bored that you have the time to complain about when your birthday is… I genuinely feel sorry for you. One of the biggest reasons why mental health issues, anxiety, and depression are so bad is literally because of things like this. Spot on as it pertains to narcissism. Narcissistic parents raising neglected kids, who turn out to be just like their parents—or as data would suggest in some cases—far worse than their parents. Less focus on self, more focus on what you can do for others.
