A child wanders through hospitals, running between faces and hallways, asking with a trembling voice: “Has anyone seen my mother?” After the occupation army targeted their home, nothing was left for this child but fear, searching, and waiting. What kind of pain is this for a child who should, at this age, be immersed in play and laughter — not loss, terror, and rubble? What kind of cruelty forces a child to search for his mother through hospitals instead of falling asleep safely in her embrace?
