When rent takes up this much of a paycheck, it leaves less for groceries, childcare, healthcare, and saving for the future. Too many Ohioans are working harder than ever but still can't get ahead—and enough is enough.

I was in a 2 hour briefing today on the Iran War. All the briefings are closed, because Trump can't defend this war in public. I obviously can't disclose classified info, but you deserve to know how incoherent and incomplete these war plans are. 1/ Here's what I can share:

I covered poverty in Appalachian Ohio for a decade.
People in poverty are forced to live in a very real world of struggle, scarcity, hardship, hunger and pain every single day.
Husted is dripping with exquisite ignorance, privilege and condescension toward those in poverty.

Donald Trump seems to think that if you can't afford to buy a home in his economy, then you "didn't work very hard."
That's about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard, especially when millions of hardworking Americans can't afford to buy their own home.

Pam Bondi just sent a letter to Minnesota officials saying ICE will leave if the state turns over its voter database to Trump.
Guess what? This has never been about safety or immigration. It’s a pretext for Trump to take over elections in swing states.
