We send 250,000 LinkedIn InMails/mo. It got 7x leads and 2x reply rate compared to cold email for 1 client. I wrote a free playbook covering: ✅ How to unlock hundreds of free sends per license ✅ How to build lists of people you can message without burning credits ✅ How to stack sending profiles without getting restricted ✅ How to handle replies fast enough to actually close I'm giving the whole thing away. Comment "LEADS" and I'll DM it over.

It’s been a minute. 2015–2018 - Exited FreeCharge. Spent time learning and investing. - Pondered about: Why can't trust be rewarded? Started with $1M of personal capital. - Launched CRED to reward people for paying credit card bills on time. 2019–2025 - Built a system run by a team that values ownership, judgment, and craft. - Grew from 0 to 17M members by aligning incentives with behaviour. - Built several products during COVID lockdowns. - Raised $900M+ from global investors. Did 4 ESOP buybacks. - Made Indiranagar and IPL ads slightly more interesting. - Received a full stack of regulatory licences. - Lost 35 kilos. - Scaled from 0 to ~$325M ( ~₹3,200 crore) in annual revenue across payments, lending, insurance, commerce, wealth, and credit cards. 2026 - First profitable quarter (yet occasionally asked what our business model is) - Raised another $900M from Meta in primary and secondary capital. - Announcing our 5th ESOP buyback. Today CRED is ready for its next phase. I am stepping back and @miten steps in as interim CEO, partnered with an incredibly talented team. He has been heading strategy and finance and suffering me since 2020. I’m stepping away from the operating role and will continue as a shareholder. My commitment doesn’t change. Just the role. Extremely grateful to our members, partners, regulators, and investors who made this possible. And to our board, Shailendra, Micky, Saurabh for their extraordinary conviction. Team CRED, I’ll still expect you to be a 10x version of yourselves. As for me, I’ll be joining Meta to lead WhatsApp globally. Meta comes in as a minority investor in CRED. No access to member data. While it’s come very far, the delta between WhatsApp today and its full potential is massive. I look forward to working with Mark, Chris, and the leadership across Meta for the next step in WhatsApp’s journey. Will, thank you for scaling something the world relies on quietly, and for making this transition smooth. Onwards.

i've been testing Claude Opus 4.8 + Higgsfield MCP to run our entire AI UGC production pipeline inside 1 conversation... and it has been ABSOLUTELY cooking so i've decided to document the ENTIRE system... covering the research, scripting, image gen, video animation, and closed-loop optimization that takes you from blank page to 15-25 platform-ready videos per day in 3-4 hours as a content operator (agency, brand, affiliate, solo creator, etc) here's what's included inside the guide: → parallel research in one prompt (3 sub-agents scrape Meta ad library, TikTok Creative Center, and competitor profiles simultaneously. one prompt returns one unified creative brief. replaces an entire morning of manual work) → phase 1, visual anchor creation with ChatGPT Images 2.0 (character references with identity consistency across angles, product mockups that pass the authenticity test, readable text overlays. all generated before you touch a single video tool) → phase 2, video production with Higgsfield MCP + Seedance 2.0 (Claude routes the right references to the right shots automatically. no tab switching. no manual uploads. full 6-shot video produced inside one conversation) → phase 3, scripting stack inside the same chat (hooks written against the angles from your brief. platform-specific variations per video. zero context switching between research and copy) → phase 4, the closed-loop optimization that runs itself (performance data feeds back into Claude. retention drops get diagnosed automatically. new variants get generated through MCP without you touching anything. content improves every day on its own) all backed by everything i learned from seeing RIZZ APP and Looksmax AI make MILLIONS with this AI UGC method inside @affiliatenw like + comment "AIUGC" and i'll send it over (must be following + RT for priority access)

More reminder emails will NOT fix your show-up rate. Here are the 10 things that actually will: Every team I talk to with sub-75% show-up rates is doing the same thing. Calendly invite + two templated reminders + hope. When the day comes, HALD the booked calls evaporate. The problem is in the sequence between booking and the call. I put the exact 10-step playbook we run for our clients into a guide. We have booked 27,000 sales meetings across 120 industries over 6 years, with some clients booking 200+ meetings a month from cold email alone. Implement these incrementally. Step 1 first, check, then step 2, then step 3. The goal is the fewest steps that fix your rate. What is inside: 1) The 4-email sequence with templates (positioning, social proof, prep, link) 2) The 3-text SMS layer with exact scripts and timing rules 3) The setter call playbook plus voicemail and SMS scripts 4) The personalized day-before email from your main inbox 5) The 30-second iPhone call move that recovers more meetings than the entire automated sequence combined 6) The variable nobody talks about that beats every tactic in this playbook Want access? • Comment "SHOWUP" • Follow me And I'll DM it asap

@zachtratar @NotionHQ Biggest issue with granola I’ve had is often times I forgot to click on the “turn on notetaker” when I’m on discord. Does notion notetaker fix this? To not ask me everytime and just start taking it all?

@NickAbraham12 What do you use for AI roleplay and where do you hire your most SDRs from?

We built our own ATS with a built-in AI roleplayer so we can evaluate SDRs and AMs before ever hopping on a call. Candidates go through a short flow: > Basic info (email, resume, etc) > Intro video > Read a script > AI role-play (cold call or de-escalation) Huge time saver for hiring.

Our average response time to prospects is 11 minutes. Typically gets meetings booked in under an hour because our warm callers follow up by phone. Most agencies tell you "follow up in 24-48 hours." We tell you: if you're not replying in 15 minutes, you're losing 50% of your meetings. Under 15 min = 62% close rate. Over 24 hours = 12%. Direct correlation between speed to lead and the number of opportunities you get

Most GTM engineers build n8n workflows manually. Zero use Claude Code to build them. So I documented the most complete Claude Code to n8n build system for GTM engineers you can use today. Inside: → The exact prompting framework to describe any GTM workflow in plain English and get Claude Code to build it → A full node mapping guide so Claude Code understands n8n structure without you explaining it every time → Pre-built workflow templates for signal monitoring, lead enrichment, and outbound routing → A debugging method so Claude Code diagnoses and fixes broken workflows without you reading documentation → GTM-specific workflow library covering hiring signals, keyword monitoring, and website visitor routing → A JSON export process so every workflow drops directly into n8n ready to activate → Common build failures and the exact prompts that fix them If you build GTM automation, manage outbound infrastructure, or want to run n8n without the technical overhead - this is the only build guide you will need. Comment N8N and I will send it straight to your DMs.

Most agencies build lists. Zero build signal-based targeting. So I documented the most complete signal-based outbound system for agencies you can use today. Inside: → 6 signal plays including keyword monitoring, profile visitors, competitor commenters, job changes, website visitors, and after-hours cold calling → A full ICP scoring model so you know exactly who to prioritise and who to skip → Tier 1 and Tier 2 sequences for every signal with LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp touchpoints → Reply handling scripts for every response type including not interested, send info, and let's chat → 2026 metric targets so you know what good looks like across every channel → A tracking sheet template to double down on what converts and cut what doesn't → A step-by-step all-bound LinkedIn x email x WhatsApp workflow you can install in Conigma today If you run an agency, manage outbound for clients, or build lead gen systems - this is the only playbook you will need. Comment SIGNALS and I will send it straight to your DMs.

a 50% no-show rate doesn't mean bad leads it means bad pre-meeting systems the difference between a 30% show rate and a 70% show rate is almost entirely process what's inside: → the confirmation sequence that cuts no-shows by 40%+ → what to include in your calendar invite (most get this wrong) → the one-question pre-meeting email that qualifies intent → how to handle reschedules without losing the meeting comment "SHOW" and i'll send it over. (must be following - RT for early access)
