@HMRCcustomers I have a second home that I did rent. The tenants have now moved and I want to rent it to my daughter and her young son. I only want to charge them £100 per month, which is much lower than the going rate. Will HMRC have any problems with this?

@HMRCcustomers Would I need to let HMRC know this as I wouldn’t be putting anything for property on my self assessment which would look strange as I have declared this when I had a paying tenant in?

@HMRCcustomers Thanks Nancy. If I rented for free would I be right to say it would be okay but I wouldn’t be able to claim any expenses. I just want to help her out.

@BBCPanorama @MoneySavingExp disgraceful customer service by @vinted do parcel delivery and have CCTV showing this, but the case was closed without notification and was told not to message and I would get an update. No refund no way to escalate. Ripped off for £70. Shame on you!

@CoventryBS What exactly is the problem with your systems? Is it a cyberattack, human error or hardware failure? Some information would be good. I really hope no one will be out of pocket due to your failures. It’s like another TSB saga.

@GenBecouarn @passportwaiting Mine was approved and send on 15th October and is currently with TNT and out for delivery today. It does seem to go by the docs received date so fingers crossed that you hear today or tomorrow

@AJ_ay_it The whole governmental services are a complete joke and using Covid as an excuse. I need the pass to gain entry to an event. I can’t travel because the Passport Office has had my passport renewed for well over a month. I hope @BorisJohnson is proud of his achievements

Anyone successfully got a covid-pass in the NHS app? When I click for one it asks me if I want domestic or travel, I select domestic and it just gives me qualification criteria but no actual pass and no means of doing anything else.

@Kefkef01 @passportwaiting Yes I send mine on 16th Sept and tracked it. It was delivered at 6:45am on 17th. Status updated on 25th saying documents received. Since then nothing.

@passportwaiting @HM_Passport desparate for my password as need it for proof of ID and cannot work until I now get it. No webchat and tried calling 20+ times but just a message saying they are too busy to take calls. Anyone know how long Peterborough applications are taking?
