@Pelotrain Why are intervals not prescribed in Nm opposed to watts. Irrespective of weather torq or high cadence? As there are many different ways to produce 300w ( 300w at 120 rpm feels very different to 300w at 70rpm) then power fade would be due to muscle fatigue and thus more comparable
