@roonsopo @kiwiwayne3 Potentially has talent but seems to have major personality flaws. He was removed from labour and from the last job he held before venting on women. He being involved withNZ First raises warning bells I would not vote for him too arrogant and accident prone.

We can't have basic things in NZ like health, education, social welfare well funded because there's no money left after this Govt spends funds on tobacco industry, landlords and rich NZrs' tax cuts.

@RaevenNZ @MsWonderOutLoud I think she did consider her options she had top legal counsel and clearly her best option was to resign before she was pushed.

Ani O'Brien knew Maiki Sherman’s “how would you like it if...” was a response to a provocation. Yet she framed it as a story to paint Maiki as the aggressor and Lloyd as a victim. That isn't journalism. It’s a political hit job. #DirtyPolitics

@AssisterBlister @SonofOmahu She wasn't fired she resigned. She could have waited to be fired and then taken a personal grievance. She had Linda Clark a top barrister and previously political journalist acting for her. She had the best advice she resigned why did she choose to resign?

@SonofOmahu True, Duncan Garner nails it I believe, her employers let who down - I mean, fired for what, some drunken mean words in response to drunken mean words and door stopping a politician. The first she apologies for, the second is her job?

Opposition MPs taking Maiki Sherman's side doesn't really help her case. It proves she was "one of them" and not the unbiased reporter she claimed to be.

Yup. It means she was going to get fired but her lawyer Linda Clark said if you fire her we will take legal action against you. Rather than engage in years of costly litigation with everyone’s dirty laundry aired in public TVNZ let Ms Sherman resign with some dignity and paid her compensation, I’d imagine 400 to 500k.

Maiki said her role became “untenable”. I took that to mean she resigned, but others are acting like she was fired? Have I missed something?

@kimmiintx @DuchessofGeeks Agree especially since red hair is a recessive gene. They both have straight red hair neither inherited the colour or curls of their mother's genes even though those genes would have been more dominant in the gene pool.

And there it is! The back of the kids from far away. Vintage, typical Meghan and the invisikids. She doesn’t even call him by name. Just “our sweet boy”. So that could literally be anyone’s kid.

@GregPresland @chrisluxonmp The people on the boat had done this once before they knew exactly what the consequences were going to be by repeating it. They wanted the publicity they wanted to be arrested. It's voluntary assumption of risk leave them there they can find their own way home.

So Israeli military forces intercepted a boat in international waters and bet up Kiwis who wanted to make sure that Palestinian kids were being fed. Surely @chrisluxonmp should require the Israeli ambassador to front up and apologise. nzherald.co.nz/nz/new-zealand…

@JonnoL32552677 Maiki is a bully .. she threatened Smith while belting on his office door at 9pm that if he didn't come out and talk to her she would portray him in a bad light on the news the next morning. She believed she had the right to shape the news according to how she was treated.

"It is worth feeling a bit sorry for Maiki Sherman though. She is a capable journalist tripped up by very human bad behaviour and the election-year amplification of that." (HDPA --in biased Thos Coughcough's NZH-- being "kind" by making an unverifiable assertion.#MaikiMustFall

@aniobrien @MarkHubbard33 The UK has allowed immigration by people doctrinated by their religion to be anti-jewish and now they are trying to work out why the Jewish population is coming under attack. Failure to manage immigration is the problem not the British people.

@aniobrien It is fascinating how they are all sending legal letters around threatening everyone who reports on the incident. They are desperately trying to bury this but the more they try to bury it the more interesting the original event is. Thank you for your articles.

@SteveGr69741681 I agree. MPs have children and the media show no regard for their children. Basically she was drunk with power knowing if anyone complained she could destroy them. She even said that to the whip while belting on his door at 9.30pm. Thank goodness for independent news sources.
