@ProfPech @ceuhungary @ManfredWeber @M_Ignatieff @florianeder It seems to be a difficult construction and many legal aspects are unclear. Weber basically wants to save the CEU through an agreement between the TUM, certain US universities and the CEU. According to the 3party cooperation the CEU would be able to continue issuing US diplomas.
