Recently I saw PS of Health @psmuthoni giving us a “motherly” lecture on how Shisha is harmful to our health justifying its ban. Miraa has been banned in the UK and even failed states like Yemen. But it’s somehow still legal in Kenya. Why is that? It’s because Miraa/Jaba is controlled by NIS as a tool to zombify young men.
