Mamata Banerjee had expressed displeasure over the training of the BLOs in Delhi without informing her or the Chief Secretary. Her reminder to BLOs that they are State Govt Employees, implying their duties align with the State Government during pre- and post-election periods, have already exposed her blatant attempt to manipulate the Election by undermining the ECI. The overreach of the West Bengal Government has reached alarming levels. Following Mamata Banerjee’s interference in the BLO training matter, her 'yes-man' Chief Secretary Manoj Pant has now verbally instructed District Magistrates (DEOs) to replace the 1,000 BLOs who were trained in Delhi. I urge the ECI, to initiate an immediate enquiry into this gross overreach by the State Government. If found guilty, strict action must be taken against the guilty persons as per Constitutional provisions. The ECI must assert its authority and ensure no illegal interference tarnishes Bengal’s elections. I also issue an advisory to all DEOs (District Magistrates): Disregard any verbal instructions from the State Government, as they violate ECI norms. BLOs, selected per ECI guidelines and uploaded on the EROnet portal, can only be changed with ECI-issued guidelines. In case of exigency, proposals with justification and same-category replacements (e.g., 1.1, 1.2) must be sent to the CEO’s Office. BJP MLA Nikhil Ranjan Dey who was on the way to the Court for appearance in a Legal Matter was attacked by TMC goons in Dinhata. Shameful, Condemnable & Disrespectful West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee states that, "This is 'Mrityu Kumbh' & not Maha Kumbh". She doesn't have an idea regarding the Holy Maha Kumbh event which is happening after 144 years. Neither does she respects Hindu Traditions nor does she understands the importance of Sanatani Belief & Faith which has drawn over 50 Crore people till now to Prayagraj for taking a Holy Dip at the Sangam. Regarding her statement that, "For the rich, the VIP, there are systems available to get camps (tents) for as high as Rs 1 Lakhs. For the poor, there are no arrangements at Kumbh", let me tell her that the Poor don't have to spend a single paisa for food & shelter once they reach the Maha Kumbh Mela, with the Govt & the Akharas and Ashrams providing shelter and 24 hour Bhandaras being organized where Prasaad is being distributed to the Devotees at free of cost. Her lack of respect for Hindu traditions & her divisive rhetoric is an insult to millions of believers. She should know that this time a record number of Devotees from West Bengal have traveled and are still traveling to the Maha Kumbh Mela. As I welcome the Judgement in the Joynagar Rape & Murder Case of a Minor Girl, I hope that this Exception becomes the Rule, while dealing with other heinous crimes against Women and Children in the State. However Madam CM, why are you so eager to grab credit so early. Let's wait for at least 10 years to see if the convict is actually hanged or acquitted just like the convicts of Kamduni Case. In the Kamduni Rape & Murder Case of a College Student, the Learned Trial Judge had convicted six persons; sentenced Saiful Ali, Amin Ali and Ansar Ali to death and ordered life imprisonment for Sk Emamul Islam, Aminur Islam @ Bhutto and Bhola Naskar. Afterwards the State of West Bengal started to drag it's feet and caused unnecessary delay to hinder the progress of the case in the High Court. 14 state panel Advocates supposed to defend the lower court verdict at the High Court had either refused to represent or had been changed. Hon'ble High Court Justices observed that the State had failed to prove conspiracy prior to the crime beyond reasonable doubt, and also pointed out that the State had not led evidence to rebut the possibility of reformation and rehabilitation. Ultimately, Hon'ble Calcutta High Court commuted the sentence of two death row convicts, acquitted one. In the same judgment, three others were acquitted of rape but convicted only for hiding evidence. These people are out of Jail and have established their credentials as TMC Party workers, while the Police are providing them protection. I am sceptic that this case may also go just the Kamduni way. The convict could be acquitted. So lets wait before rushing to pat ourselves and take untimely credit.

On the day of Kartik Puja, Muslims attack Hindu houses in Murshidabad’s Beldanga. Mamata Banerjee’s police remains a mute spectator. West Bengal has become a graveyard for Hindus. Every festival and puja of their’s is attacked, while Mamata Banerjee looks the other way. Enough.

The arrest of Abhijit Mondal; Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Tala Police Station (PS), has established that the Police were directly involved in tampering evidence and acted as a stimulant to create lacuna in order to derail the investigation into the Rape and Murder of the RG Kar PGT Lady Doctor. The procedural lapses were well orchestrated and closely monitored by the top officials of @KolkataPolice. @CPKolkata Vineet Goyal should be suspended immediately and Home Minister Mamata Banerjee must resign as she doesn't have any moral authority left to continue as the head of the Home Dept.

On the evening of 4th September, TMC goons attacked the peaceful protestors at Mathabhanga; Cooch Behar district, who were participating in the "Reclaim the Night" & "light up for Justice" movement, seeking justice for the RG Kar PGT Lady Doctor. The uncultured TMC Rowdies roughed up the protestors and even forcefully whitewashed the paintings made by them. Today, I am visiting Mathabhanga town to participate in the "Condemnation Procession" to protest against the pre planned assault of protesters by the goons and party workers of the state's ruling Trinamool Congress party, on the evening of Wednesday, 4th September 2024. The Demand for Justice will continue.

Today I went to meet Shri Timir Sarkar and Shri Sanjit Biswas and others at the hospitals where they are admitted and receiving treatment for their injuries. They participated in the Nabanna Abhiyan yesterday and were roughed up by the Mamata Police for no fault of theirs. The Police without any provocation lathi charged them and unfortunately they sustained serious injuries. I enquired about their well being and assured them of any possible help that they require.

TMC goons have resorted to bullets—opening fire on BJP Leader Priyangu Pandey’s vehicle in Bhatpara, hitting his driver. This is Mamata Banerjee's disgusting desperation on display!
