@Delta I'm so disappointed. Worked all year saving reward travel pts to use to fly to Kenya for VOLUNTEER work (as I have done in the past) NOW you tell me I can't use my points for Kenya travel. But you'll take my $ for "revenue" travel. Feels like bait and switch tactics. SAD

4:30 this morning @Delta Peggy the delta agent at gate 8 is an example of excellent customer service! Kind, friendly and helpful! How refreshing!

@Budget really?!? Rented a car for 2 days, filled up gas within 10 miles of airport and got my email receipt - you charged me a refueling fee??? For the maybe 1/10 of a gallon used to get to airport? This does not make me likely to rent for you again #poorcustomerexperience

@STPCHS_Oblivion @marclamonthill She wasn’t a trend breaker, others did similar things. She didn’t break any rule. The consequence was given because people in the audience responded with laughs.

@marclamonthill seems like a silly rule, but that begs the question. How difficult is it to just walk across the stage without dancing? Now, if you want to be the trend breaker fine, but own up to it.

This young woman, Hafsah Abdur-Rahman, was denied her high school diploma for dancing on stage. Philadelphia High School for Girls should be ashamed of themselves. They humiliated this young woman. For NOTHING.

@Amyjo81682544 @AmericanAir I understand same fees-this is new fee-I purchased type of tkt that allows pre-selection of seat-it says in their policy seat selection free 4 my tkt at time of check-in, but I checked in &was forced to pay $84 for a seat-no upgrade just back-of-plane seat “bait & switch”

@AmericanAir I know this-I’ve been American platinum flyer for prior decades- this time I tried to “manage reservation” & select seats & was forced to pay-no upgrade, no extra legroom, just a seat way back in row 42 for $84 after paying more than $1700 for the tickets! #Outraged & #unhappy

@AmericanAir I’ve never been forced to purchase seats-I did not buy “basic” ticket I spent money to be sure I could get a pre-assigned seat - you’re policy says I can get seat assigned free at check-in 24 hours before flight but then did not allow me to do so that’s why I’m unhappy

@SueBadeau The purchase of seats is optional. Travelers with unassigned seats will be assigned seats on the day of travel by the operating airline.
