Donald Trump just blocked over 150 wind energy projects across America, killing 30 gigawatts of new power generation.  That is enough electricity for nearly 10 million homes. He is doing this while his unauthorized war with Iran sends oil markets into chaos and pushes energy costs higher for every working family in America. Wind already provides 10 percent of our electricity.  It powers Republican states like Texas, Iowa, Oklahoma, and North Dakota. American workers build these projects. American landowners profit from them. American grids depend on them. But Trump told us his goal in January. He said he does not want a single wind project built. Now he is using the Pentagon to make it happen, freezing routine military reviews that companies have relied on for years. We are in an energy crisis. Demand is climbing. Prices are rising. And the President is sabotaging American power production because he thinks turbines are ugly. This is not energy policy. 🚨HOLY SHIT: I was just listening to Marjorie Taylor Greene and she confirmed Donald Trump pushed the government shutdown HIMSELF so they couldn’t vote to release the Epstein files. This should be a major scandal.

Today, I conducted an oversight visit to the Dilley Immigration Processing Center in Dilley, Texas. What I saw and heard was alarming. ICE agents' accounts didn't match what detainees told us and that disconnect cannot be ignored. The conditions there demand urgent attention. We need far greater congressional oversight, and we need it now. This cannot continue.

The State Department has officially terminated hundreds of Foreign Service Officers who are qualified, trained, and have years of experience. These officers took an oath to serve our country and dedicated their lives to advancing our nation’s values. President Trump’s reorganization of the State Department is not making us stronger or safer.

Trump, Miller, and Markwayne have decided to close the office responsible for investigating misconduct and abuse in immigration detention centers. Yeah, you read that right. Despite 49 deaths of detained immigrants, detention centers will operate and profit without oversight. It is clearer than ever: Reforms are not enough! Congress must STOP funding DHS, pass my Melt ICE Act, and dismantle DHS.

Trump’s mass deportation agenda isn’t about safety—it’s about how much private prisons can profit off immigrant communities.

The people just walked into the Tennessee State Capitol. Republicans are trying to redraw congressional maps to erase Black voters. Louisiana cancelled an ongoing election to do the same thing. Florida just signed new maps to pick up 4 Republican seats. The people have had enough.

🚨BREAKING: ICE agents were caught on video illegally detaining a U.S. citizen in Holtsville, Long Island. They boxed his car in, after racially profiling him, and demanded that he prove his citizenship… without a warrant, without probable cause, and without any lawful basis to stop him in the first place. In the video, the man sums up the situation saying: “this is some bullshit… I’m good to go, right?” And he’s right to question it, because what’s happening here isn’t a routine stop, it’s a constitutional violation. Under the Fourth Amendment, law enforcement cannot stop or detain someone without reasonable suspicion of a crime. Boxing in a car is not casual, it’s a seizure, which means they needed legal justification. They didn’t have one. And then they demanded proof of citizenship from a man who is a U.S. citizen, on U.S. soil, based on nothing more than how he looked. That’s racial profiling, and it a violation of the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. Federal agents do not get to target people based on race or ethnicity, and then force them to prove they belong here. Then, after detaining him and violating his rights, they just walk away toward their cars like nothing happened. No accountability, no acknowledgment that they had just unlawfully seized someone. Because that’s what ICE agents do everyday.

WHOA. Remember how in Minneapolis, ICE agents dragged a U.S. citizen out of his home without a warrant in his underwear on the basis of old/outdated address information? The Trump admin wanted to do that EVERYWHERE. It was a core part of their whole mass deportation plan.

Say something!" Agents pepper spray a mother and daughter—so neighbors fired back spraying water with garden hoses. Incident occurred in Bell Gardens, California.

Five months ago, Allan Dabrio Marrero was detained by ICE during a routine green card interview and transferred across multiple states. Today, through the assistance of my office’s triage center, we welcomed him back home. Allan’s story is a reminder that our immigration system is being weaponized against those simply trying to follow the rules. I will continue to use every tool in Congress to fight back and push for true accountability and reform.
