@ceo_uidai @GoI_MeitY Kindly intervene. I applied for Aadhaar PVC Card Ack. No. 0405202104130119283786069425, but it has still not been delivered. Grievance 2021120301183201 is also pending. Despite emails (24 & 30 June 26) and a tweet on 26 June 26, @uidai has taken no action.

@ceo_uidai @uidai @GoI_MeitY The app has no separate C/O field during address update. How can users enter C/O details in the Apartment, Street, Area, or PIN Code fields? Please add a dedicated C/O field and allow affected users to update their address free of cost.

@UIDAI I corrected address through the Aadhaar app on 20 June 2026. After the update, the Care of/Son of field was automatically removed from my Aadhaar. In the Aadhaar app, the profile section now shows “Care of: Content is not available”. SRN- S1362519042060

In another step towards enhancing resident convenience, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) has now allowed people to add or update their email ID in Aadhaar directly through the Aadhaar App, eliminating the need to visit an Aadhaar centre. This is a free service via the Aadhaar App only, effective 1 July 2026 for a period of six months, making it easier than ever for residents to keep their Aadhaar information up to date. By removing the requirement for physical visits, the initiative underlines UIDAI's commitment to providing people friendly digital service as part of Digital India initiative towards a Viksit Bharat. @pnbindia @RAVISHKUMA760 Sorry to say but the UPI in PNB ONE is not good. I faced a failed pmt, so I paid through BHIM instead. Hours later, the amount was also deducted from PNB ONE, I had to recover the money myself bcz pnb rejected my request. Now, the UPI section in PNB ONE freezes on my iPhone 14.

Dear @pnbindia, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response regarding my failed UPI transaction. ₹1,400 was debited from my account, but the transaction failed and the refund is still pending.

@snotyal1 It depends on how close the nearest mobile tower is to your location. Different telecom companies have towers in different places, so network quality varies. In your area, BSNL may be closer and work better. In my home area, Airtel is best, but at my office, BSNL works better.

@SumitChauhan010 bsnl works well in uttarakhand using in dehradun since quite a long time. Drawback is You don't get bsnl network in NCR

@bsnl_care It is good to see BSNL improving, and I hope one day it beats Airtel and Jio. However, the coverage in my home area (Miyanwala, Dehradun) is still not good. Call drops are frequent, and inside rooms, I often get only 2G internet.

@airtelindia Airtel Thanks App, Customer Care, Nodal Officer, and Airtel Twitter direct msg are all silent on my WiFi issue. No response, no accountability. Extremely disappointing service. If Airtel continues this way, it risks losing its reputation and customer base in India.👎🏻

@airtelindia My Fiber internet has been down since 21 June. Despite complaints via Airtel Thanks, customer care, and the nodal office, the issue remains unresolved. No response from the nodal office, and no technician has contacted me. Complaint id- 11033198087, DSL- 013517129731
