@LHG__Official I need help- I put in a claim in MAY for my garage door that is completely broken. It is covered under my plan. We had 2 garage doors reviewed- one fully broken and ownt open, one is just a keypad. I was quoted to get both done. I said I only want the broken one repaired. I was told by resolution they had to get a new quote for just one door. They came back and quoted the wrong door after over a month of waiting. They then went back out to get a quote and never responded- just closed the case. Now they are telling me I have to pay to open the claim when they closed it while I was waiting on them to fix it. I have requested a call from a manager. I have been a customer for 4 years and have never had this horrific an issue. How do I get this fixed?

@TMobile I’m at the Sam’s kiosk for the 7th time to try to get my account fixed after moving from @Verizon for the military program. Our military discount was removed, the promo we were to be given was never applied and the cash back was never given. when. This is fraud.

DO NOT move from @Verizon to @tMobile. They have committed absolute fraud. We signed up under military plan at Sam’s- supposed to get free phones and gift cards. Not only did we not get the GCs, we are being charged for the “free phones” and We had the military discount removed and told we could submit DD214 to correct. After sending it to the site and online customer service I was told it has to be in stores- I go to the store and they say no it’s digital only. Since March I was told only a manger could correct all these issues- but the manager was on paternity leave. Now that he is back i’m told I cannot get his info that I Have to “catch him” when in the store. SEVEN times in store and NOTHING has been done but “you should try again tomorrow”. We are now paying nearly double what we paid at Verizon. How can tMobile treat families so terribly or run a business where you cannot escalate to anyone you just have to hope you go into a store and they are there?
