@GrabMY It’s been over 8hrs since I ordered. Seems like the restaurant accepted then closed. A driver has been assigned for that long too and the estimated time keeps adding.
I’d just like to cancel but in app support sees the order as active. Please help

@bt_uk I’ve requested a return box for the internet equipment twice and not received anything. Now it looks like you’re charging me for not returning. Can we sort this out?
How do people book travel without getting overwhelmed? There are so many variables and when you do find the perfect times and hotel location the price sucks or there’s a 12hr stopover. Not to mention getting to and from airports. It makes so sense to me.
