Dear @NetflixIndia, I’m a long-time Premium subscriber. My account is on JioFiber in Bhubaneswar while I work in Bangalore. Premium lets my family & me watch together but the new Household rule needs monthly WiFi check-ins. How can I do that from another city? Please reconsider!

@JioCare @reliancejio Since when does local Jio Center offices dupe consumers by saying - We are enrolling into Prepaid but actually it’s Postpaid! Yes this has happened with my Fiber account! Look into it at the earliest possible. From - A Loyal consumer since inception !
