@Tandem_Bank Strange that an online bank offers no customer service support all weekend. I advised today that I have no access to my account and so I now have to wait until Monday to access funds I needed this weekend.... Will be escalating this complaint and looking to leave

@VirginAtlantic Sent a complaint email last night and all I had back was a generic email template response asking me to send a message or call in... I've done both of those which didn't help, hence I raised a complaint!
@airvistara Afraid not... They were not able to assist me well and gave me totally wrong information... I have now myself spent an extra 7500 rupees which I don't believe I needed to... Horrible 1st experience with Vistara
@airvistara Horrible experience just now speaking to Vistara customer service.... Simple change could not be understood and conflicting information against what's on your website
@NatWest_Help Extremely frustrating wait at Birmingham Grand Central branch. Only 1 person on till. 30 minute wait. Front staff member not wearing mask nor enforcing customers inside to wear them either
@NatWest_Help So this happened in February for all of 1 day. I didn't realise on the day but as soon as I noticed it, you will see I rectified the situation the very next day with a lump sum.Given this has not happened before and in error, and I use this account extensively, can u refund this
@SunnyD_Twitting 2/2 We have stopped all of these charges from 30th March until 14th July so you won't receive any charges for periods within this time however, any charges from periods before these dates will still stand. LC
