Due to unforeseen circumstances, @HajMinistry will now be taking responsibility for the Hujjaj for #Hajj that previously were being looked after by @Motawif_SA
It was advised during the course of the evening, the pilgrims will leave after the Fajr Prayers.

Can you please contact me. I spoke to somebody this morning and was told a package was available. When I select it a package from the 25th of June comes up?
Please fix or let me know what's going on.

@Hadithoftheday I'm sorry. Can you explain this in more detail please. Anybody giving qurbani on Eid can't cut their nails until then? Isn't that basically everyone who can afford it.

@Motawif_SA @mkmulla It's not massive demand. It's normal. Actually with all the restrictions and last minute portal less than normal. You were obviously ill-prepared, but instead of waiting another year you decided to push ahead and ruin this moment for 1000s. Incompetent and greedy!

@Motawif_SA Can anybody concur this statement?
We can rely on Motawif to cause undue anxiety and stress in the run up to hajj. Once there they can be relied to dump you when the cameras are turned off. They haven't missed an opportunity to distract your focus from your ibadah.

Arrived Jeddah from Manchester(uk) 1am. Coach to Medina 8 hours. Arrived Pullman Hotel 9am. & did not receive any room. 27th June, 12am no sleep, no food, no rest & no help from @Motawif_SA or @PullmanMadina we had then gone to another hotel & paid from our pocket of money. 1/2

@MoHU_En @HajMinistry @hsharifain @HaramainInfo @cbhuk read above and share/retweet everyone needs to know since from the very beginning of our journey with Motawif it has been an awful experience and still remains as we have 2 nights to sort out where we staying.

@Motawif_SA Propaganda. People have already spoken about the motawif behaviour on and then off camera. Sort their rooms and itineraries out

They poorly communicated the packages and changed them throughout the booking process. The only place to get information was on twitter.
BTW everyone paid a shiny penny. Usually anybody paying around 10k would be on a 5* private package. 4-5k was sharing

In Mina you have to split up even if you are platinum plus. Double occupancy costs a shiny penny. Therefore 95% Hujaj chose triple or quad and know they have to split up.
