Gm! Moment of reflection...Pretty proud of the fact that, this week, I hit my highest test result since I started in this industry. Consistency is key, and complacency will be the death of you. Humility can take you far. I'm still working a "9 to 5" but I honestly LOVE my job and the team we've built. It fuels me to improve, innovate, and redefine what is possible with cannabis. I transformed a sparse room with a couple of cheap machines, a few 5 gallon buckets, and 30 gallons of ethanol into a money printer with 7 employees (and counting), top tier products, and fully customized packaging. The world is yours. You just gotta go get it....
