@nextofficial re your Hayes branch 0691 Visited this am no staff on any tills, doors open alarm going, shoplifters dream, eventually after 10 mins + found staff member wondering about BUT they couldnt ‘do’ the till & someone else came…noone was really bothered.

@nextofficial can you explain how seizes work when trying to get some shorts? I got a pack of 32S but are a bit tight around my leg. Would a 32R be better? Trying to understand the difference between S, R and L at the end of the seize. Thank you!

@nextofficial @SpeakerJHasler He won’t be able to since that’s why the poor young girl couldn’t help them! Wife was shouting at her saying she was going to post photos of the worker on twitter whilst the man stood there like a lost sheep!

@nextofficial you have just yourself a customer over £35. Ellie at Bell Green has refused to exchange a faulty new item as it was not bought in her store. Why do you not give managers discretion not to resolve this kind of issue. She refused point blank to save a customer.

Awful service from @nextofficial. Item ordered over 2 weeks ago to be delivered & assembled today. Despite calls and assurances this would happen now unable to assemble but can deliver - agreed as urgently needed. Now a text saying it may not be delivered either!
