@eir broadband down in Dundrum, Dublin 16 since Friday 22nd Aug. @eir saying it'll be back by 5pm today, 25th Aug. Seems a mains box was crashed into. @eir van there today and they said it'll be 1 to 2 weeks. Crazy, crap service and misinformation.

@eircare @eir I'm in the US with eir mobile and I can't get roaming data enabled. "General Error While Adding The Product. Please Try Again later". Have tried restarting the phone. Turned mobile data and roaming on. No good... No way to enable the add on via website.
