Very disappointed with @SupportNoise warranty support. First I got confirmation that the product was received at warehouse, then got an “empty box/wrong product” update, and now status shows “Product Under Testing.” I have all proofs and screenshots. Expecting a fair resolution.

@gonoise @Flipkart @amazon @jagograhakjago .I purchased a prepass,but on the opening day itself the product went out of stock. If there was no stock available, why sell the pre-pass in the first place? Surprisingly, the same product seems available on other e-commerce platforms.

@gonoise Using #65W #GaN #Noise charger. In dual type C charging mode, supposed to get 45W+20W. But I am getting ~30W max from either port. This means an inaccurate description has led to my purchase which doesn’t meet my needs.I need40W from one port even with another type c use

@gonoise @SupportNoise Facing issues for 1+ month (Ticket: 4325632). Call center & service center keep redirecting each other, no resolution. Watch is dead, no remote support possible. Why pickup charges under warranty? Very disappointing service in Chennai. Please resolve ASAP.

Tried claiming warranty for my Noise earbuds and the complaint bot kept rejecting valid invoice and product images again and again. Mailed support, waited past the “24 hours” response window, still nothing. At this point the support system feels more exhausting. @gonoise

@gonoise the worst service I have ever seen in my life, my watch suddenly stopped charging and when I went to raise a complaint for the same on the website it literally stuck on loading on the last phase of the form. It was my first and last product from noise..
