@gonoise what rubbish quality products u have, I bought noise MVP 102 on 14th received a faulty one. Went to Service Centre twice to get it replaced , finally got replaced product after a week and this one to is not charging nor it's coonecting. Are all your products faulty.

@gonoise Really disappointed with Customer Care services. Original complaint no 4301901 closed without providing any solution. IVR not letting me through with old complaint no and asking to register a new complaint instead. First a faluty product and then this irritating CC

@gonoise I purchased a smart watch in Feb and it's screen is not working within a month, I raised online complaint # 4296000 on 9th March, but I can see still it's not reached to the service centre, not sure what kind of service and which part of the world going for service.

Dear @gonoise @NoiseSupport Ticket #4274287: Raised on 19th Feb for Halo 2 smartwatch for battery issue. On 2nd Mar I received a replacement which is not my original device, has a full chain length that doesn’t fit my wrist, and is full of scratches.

@gonoise What is wrong with your support. I ordered a product at 12.19pm today and called the customer care at 12.30pn to get the address changed. The customer support said the address cannot be changed and can't be cancelled. This is horrible. Order id: 6610380

@gonoise Hi NOISE, I am deeply disappointed with the service regarding my Noise Curve 2 (2000Rs) warranty claim. Your team negligently downgraded my replacement to a 1200Rs Twist Go model. This is unacceptable, and I refuse to accept this inferior, cheap product. Take back this cheap Twist Go model immediately and send me the correct, higher-value model I paid for, or something better. Furthermore, your system is blocking me from filing a complaint. your customer support team is very pathetic, not even understand what i am trying to say. The email support system is even worst. My previous complaint id is 4291745
