@virginmedia I have contacted. I still can’t get an account for my mum. By the time I manage, she is now going to be days without connection or tv when she is already vulnerable. This whole process has been awful

@virginmedia The problem is with 1 channel ALL over recordings are fine no issues…. Surely if the box having connection issues then it wouldn’t record????

Over 5 hours (and counting) of my life spent on the phone with @O2 trying to cancel a SIM contract I never knew I had which was mis-sold by @virginmedia back in 2023. Nobody is willing to help. @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis please help





@virginmedia Yes I can and will opt out. But surely you can see this is an unreasonable amount of hassle? Especially when they hang up before you can answer or cut you off if you give any sign of not wanting to talk to about upgrading Rudeness isn’t the way to retain customers
