AFAIK:
-periodic actin structures in Axons, by STORM and STED

There is also the iPALM system at Janelia research campus.

Great to see that @bewersdorflab is still keeping and pushing a super-technically-challenging 4pi method, developed by SWH back in the 90s. Could this be one and only 4Pi setup currently operational in the world? Heard about some in development, but no publications @OptNanoscopy
