@RetoPaul Oops not logged in for a while. Yes we did Bayesian SMLM, fixed cell SMLM, STED and SIM! So whichever one you're interested in we probably did it.

Microscopy-tweeps: what previously "unseen" structures or dynamics have been observed by two different optical super-res techniques? AFAIK: -periodic actin structures in Axons, by STORM and STED -ER dynamics (tubules/holes), by SIM and STED Other examples?

Great to see that @bewersdorflab is still keeping and pushing a super-technically-challenging 4pi method, developed by SWH back in the 90s. Could this be one and only 4Pi setup currently operational in the world? Heard about some in development, but no publications @OptNanoscopy
