Hi Jon, we are hoping this is a one off, the journey planners can only be updated 1 day in advance so at the moment the 22:35 train is not on journey planners from Wednesday so Friday. However, this will be updated throughout the week. I am very sorry for the inconvenience this causes. ^JS

@SW_Help @burkeywerky No one at Waterloo had any information and there was nothing on the departure board, just a vacuum of information. Is this a one off for today?

Hi @SW_Help why is there no 22:35 from Waterloo back to Branksome this week?? And can I get a cab from Southampton and get a refund for it this evening? It's just disappeared from the timetable with no planned engineering as far as I can see

@SW_Help Well I couldn't get an earlier train today, I can't tomorrow and I can't on Wednesday or Thursday either. It's not coming up at all on the "planned engineering" works for this week. Why isn't it on there?

@InvincibleWheel Good evening, I have been advised that the lift is back in service. However, if it is not in service when you arrive at Waterloo tomorrow there will be staff there prepared to assist you with using a different entrance to the station which will be accessible. ^JS

Hey @SW_Help What’s going on with access between the jubilee line and national rail concourse/main concourse at Waterloo? Is step free access available via an alternative lift?, because this screenshot is very confusing. I’m supposed to be travelling tomorrow (wheelchair user)

@SW_Help What type of safety inspection is being carried out and how long do these inspections normally take out of curiosity?

@SW_Help What is the actual reason for the 17:35 from Waterloo to Poole being so delayed? Safety inspection or signalling issues or speed restrictions? Why cancel the fast train ? People commute daily and getting these delays daily is ridiculous- especially with mixed messages

@SW_Help Is it possible for 18.05 from Waterloo to stop at Brockenhurst as planned rather than drop everyone wanting to go to new Forest at Southampton again, reoccurring issue and so simple to help customers out here

@SW_Help another new train and another barrage of noise pollution from the same safety announcements on repeat. Your trains now oddly make more noise than your passengers. Your “quiet zone” carriages don’t really work anymore do they?
