@SW_Help @burkeywerky No one at Waterloo had any information and there was nothing on the departure board, just a vacuum of information. Is this a one off for today?
English

Hi @SW_Help why is there no 22:35 from Waterloo back to Branksome this week?? And can I get a cab from Southampton and get a refund for it this evening? It's just disappeared from the timetable with no planned engineering as far as I can see
English

@bradders3456 Hi Bradley, we are expecting the issue to be fixed overnight. We do not anticipate any delays to your service however, please check before you travel in the morning. ^JS
English

@SW_Help Should this affect the 8.59 Waterloo to poole train tomorrow morning?

@SW_Help Well I couldn't get an earlier train today, I can't tomorrow and I can't on Wednesday or Thursday either. It's not coming up at all on the "planned engineering" works for this week. Why isn't it on there?
English

@InvincibleWheel Good evening, I have been advised that the lift is back in service. However, if it is not in service when you arrive at Waterloo tomorrow there will be staff there prepared to assist you with using a different entrance to the station which will be accessible. ^JS
English

Hey @SW_Help What’s going on with access between the jubilee line and national rail concourse/main concourse at Waterloo? Is step free access available via an alternative lift?, because this screenshot is very confusing. I’m supposed to be travelling tomorrow (wheelchair user)

@steve1964sw6 @burkeywerky Hi, apologies, a possession is engineering work which is taking place between Southampton Central and Bournemouth. ^JS
English

@SW_Help @burkeywerky "Due to a possession " what does that even mean ?
English

@CeriArthur85 An inspection has been carried out on the track between Ashurst New Forest and Beulieu Road and engineers are attending overnight to resolve the issue, ready for service in the morning. ^LJ
English

English

@SW_Help What is the actual reason for the 17:35 from Waterloo to Poole being so delayed? Safety inspection or signalling issues or speed restrictions? Why cancel the fast train ? People commute daily and getting these delays daily is ridiculous- especially with mixed messages
English

@Hugh391523441 Thank you for your feedback, I will get this reported; if you would like to raise a formal complaint, please see southwesternrailway.com/contact-and-he…; apologies for the delay to your journey ^MC
English

@Hugh391523441 Hi Hugh, I am afraid we are unable add an additional stop on that service but I can confirm the 18:35 service from Waterloo will be calling at Ashurst New Forest and Brockenhurst; apologies ^MC
English

@clares_tweets There signalling problem between Clapham Junction and Queenstown Road Battersea, which is causing some delays on services heading into Waterloo. ^LJ
English

@SW_Help Why can’t anyone announce it? Signal problems where?
English

@SW_Help why is the 1730 Haslemere to waterloo crawling at a snails pace? No announcements but very clearly late
