The way the count is looking atm we could likely see 2.5 - 2.8k before the major bounce, feels kind of surreal that we are sitting in the target we've held to since feb of this year, there is a possible count where that could be our bear market bottom depending on the bounce

@sqrin2 the first 2 are 15m charts looking at the very recent move, the last one is the weekly long term pattern, just saying that if this was a major wave 4 on the entire cycle of bitcoin from 2009 to today then this could possibly be the end of it, i dont think its likely just possible

i will say though,
If we break down from here, i dont believe 3k will be our bottom, this is not the first time ive looked at the 2011 fractal and if we break down rather than up our move will more closely resemble 2011 rather than 2014
this could end up taking a while ...

@SmartContracter i think if it was a wxyxz you wouldnt have 90% of it going sideways and then Z alone dumping, either it is a sideways wxyxz or a triple zigzag/complex combo, you dont really mix and match them, i had a count like this once but i cant remember it exactly

have seen a couple of other posts talking about the 2011 fractal now, funny since people laughed at me saying 1k btc before we broke 6k support, that structure would still be in play also, it would feel almost too easy if the bottom was 2.5-2.8, i still believe we deadcat but 🤷♂️

@nebraskangooner fair enough, i shouldve clarified i was speaking more for myself, as someone who spoke of the fractal similarities with 2014 frequently, i dont see it now, so for me specifically i wont reference it anymore

#bitcoin I keep seeing a lot of comparisons to 2014 bear market. We're actually following it relatively similarly if you strip down the chart and just look at price action.

With this breakdown any 2014 fractal comparison is dead, 2011 fractal looking pretty eerie, i have no doubt that 3k will provide a nice bounce as all the ppl sitting on the sidelines waiting for 3k finally buy back in, setting up for the final bulltrap

@SalientQuips either it never happens or its another bulltrap, but it will never be the bottom as long as everyone is waiting for it to be the bottom

@SwadeHD If everyone is waiting for 3k -- it will NEVER happen.
Whales are people or funds that need stop runs to get filled at size.
Dark pools use stop run liquidity to service institutional needs.
Institutions are being serviced at these prices and have been for 9 months.

Made some changes to $BTC count. I think this might be more valid where in the contracting triangle was actually the b wave with in a larger degree flat. Any shorts will be kept for really short terms and would be looking for longs if we don't break the low impulsively soon.

Just gonna post everything im looking at for btc, theres too many possibilities open atm to say confidently, the further along we get into the pattern the narrower the possibilities become, thats just how EW works
Theres also so many valid triangles i can't even post them all

@Byars_Matt seems plausible that tether could die soon, things im hearing dont give me confidence we see tether for much longer

@Crypto_Sheen i have a similar structure although i wouldnt agree with that count, i just said this would be my thoughts if we break down, not saying this is what i think is going to happen
