The fuel levy to be cut by R3 per litre as Govt tries to soften the economic blow of the expected fuel price increase. The increase comes into effect at midnight tonight.

While we welcome the move to cut the fuel levy to cushion the blow on our residents and economy, we must reiterate that fuel supply in the Western Cape is stable. There is no shortage of fuel. I urge fuel suppliers not to withhold supply.
