@21stcenturybob @AndyGoode10 Cap management has been too top-heavy for a while. Big money tied up in star players while the depth lower down hasn’t been strong enough. Injuries this season have exposed that badly.

@SwedeHuge @AndyGoode10 Defence and resilience has long been an issue under Lam, he had 2 or 3 good years, bringing in the likes of Thacker, some bristol lads, along with stars. But has never managed to build a resilient squad which can genuinely compete at the top.

Pollock gets another player sent off this season. That's at least three yellows for opposing players.
Opposition are a liability around him and are costing their teams.

@BearsBeyondGate I can understand what TT is saying in relation to getting the most out of the players on and off the field. Anything that can draw bigger crowds to spend more money is the key to sustainability. It's just part of it all now in professional sports and the social media world. 🐻
