1/ One of the best investments I made when buying my last house wasn’t a stock, business or piece of real estate. I hired an interior designer to turn an entire room into a library. These 7 books changed how I think about people, business, marketing and human behavior. A better understanding of people creates better entrepreneurs. 🧵

@33StrategiesBot Excellent book. As most of his work. Definitely worth to read all. Just don’t read is every day. Life can become dark when you do that. Maybe life is dark but this doesn’t mean that we need to put the lights off by ourselves.

About epitalon I have the same experience. It’s not for me. And then nightmares. Still not sure if I need to call it nightmares but I know what you mean. Since i restarted pinealon it became more heavy so it can be the reason. But i take it in the mornin. In the evening I take also Reishi what can be a reason. For semax. This one works great for me but try injections. The problem is the shipments with the sprays. It need to be stored cold. Better order injections and add BAC water bij yourselves. With SS31 I just started. Can really give my opinion here but from what I read it’s something that works more in the background.

Client's girlfriend found out he was setting up a Panama Foundation. Her: "Are you hiding money from me?" Him: "No. I'm protecting it from lawsuits, creditors, and future unknowns." Her: "Like if we break up?" Him: "If it comes to that, yes." They're married now. Foundation is still there. Honesty + structure = peace of mind.

@hispanicnomad Go for it. The more passports the better. And personally I prefer to have a passport from the country where I live in but some disagree. I has 2 sides.

Seriously considering applying for Paraguayan citizenship Been a resident for years, I meet the requirements, and it’s one of the more accessible passports in the region for someone in my situation Pros: ✅ A real second passport, not just a residency card that depends on me showing up ✅ Visa free access to a lot of places my Spanish passport doesn’t cover as easily in this region ✅ Deepens something I’m already deeply involved in. This isn’t a country I’m using ✅ Once you have it, nobody can take the option away Cons: ❌ Paperwork, time, and a process that moves at its own speed ❌ Ties me formally to one more government, with whatever obligations come later ❌ Part of me wonders if I’d be doing it for the collection rather than the use If you had residency in a country you actually live in, would you go for the passport or stay a resident?

“One of the great lessons of adulthood is accepting that life isn't always fair. Sometimes the undeserving get the promotion. Sometimes the person you love doesn't love you back. Sometimes good people die far too young. Sometimes you'll do everything right and will still lose. None of us gets through life untouched by sorrow. Our character is measured less by what happens to us than by how we respond. Find gratitude. Find purpose. Find joy. Then become a source of those things for others. Life is too short to live any other way.” -J.B. Lloyd

This is the problem for this whole region. The US is trying to keep its backyard safe and has learned from the past. They do not want a Cuba 2.0. I understand it from the US perspective. Every geopolitical power does this and tries to secure what it sees as its sphere of influence. Like Russia with Ukraine and Georgia, and China with Hong Kong and Taiwan. Besides that, countries are mostly just names for the masses. Who or what is really behind them? A mix of governments, corporations, wealthy families, and other influential groups? We cannot know for sure. And even if we did know, we still might not understand why they make certain decisions. There may even be a good reason for some of those decisions that we simply do not know. Too many people automatically assume every hidden motive must be evil, but we just do not know. For example, we do not even know why we exist, at least if we do not count religious beliefs. But who says nobody knows? Maybe someone does. We simply do not know.

Putting this weird Soviet chemical daily in my nose fixed my ADHD, short term memory loss, morning brain fog and helped joint and back pain and it can also help with your depression and gut issues. What it is and how does it achieve these things, let's start👇 Semax (Methionine-Glutamic acid-Histidine-Phenylalanine-Proline-Glycine-Proline) is a synthetic analog of ACTH (Adrenocorticotropic hormone) 4-10, an amino acid sequence your body naturally produces. By engineering a Proline-Glycine-Proline (Pro-Gly-Pro) tail onto the sequence, researchers made the peptide highly resistant to rapid enzymatic degradation. This extends its half-life drastically, stripping out corticotropic (hormonal) activity while allowing it to exhibit profound pleiotropic effects as a neuroprotector and neuromodulator. Here is the exact breakdown of its mechanisms for memory, ADHD, depression, gut health, and pain 👇 1. Memory & Cognitive Consolidation Semax rapidly upregulates Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF), Nerve Growth Factor (NGF), and their signaling receptors (TrkB/TrkA) in the hippocampus. This facilitates early and late-phase learning, improving memory acquisition and recall. 2. ADHD & Sustained Attention Semax alters the turnover rates and receptor density of dopamine in the striatum and prefrontal cortex. It enhances selective focus and acts as a mild psychostimulant—crucially, without the CNS exhaustion or dependency of amphetamines. 3. Depression & Mood Regulation By inhibiting the breakdown of endogenous enkephalins, Semax stabilizes mood and dampens behavioral markers of anxiety and depression. It also normalizes HPA axis tone, limiting the chronic cortisol spikes that exacerbate depressive states. 4. Back & Joint Pain (Analgesia) Semax blocks enkephalinase, the enzyme that degrades endogenous enkephalins. This extends their extracellular half-life, elevating the pain threshold and modulating nociceptive signaling without causing the tolerance seen in exogenous opioid use. 5. The Gut Bonus Its primary metabolite, the Pro-Gly-Pro (PGP) tripeptide, exhibits significant antiulcerogenic properties. It protects the gastric mucosa against severe physiological stress and hyperfermentation, largely mediated by central vagal signaling. 6. Safety & Tolerability Semax possesses a remarkably high therapeutic index with near-zero acute toxicity and no endocrine disruption. Adverse effects are generally limited to transient nasal mucosa irritation (due to intranasal delivery) and delayed sleep onset if dosed late.

@KhushalLam @BasedBiohacker If you already get moda. Then try 200-400mg and bromo can be more. 100mg is fine for me (no medical advice) But I will follow OptiEuro his recommendation as well. Never tried

their words, not mine. bromantane BPC ’cured’ ADHD. > bromantane upregulates dopamine > BPC fixed his (probably) nuked gut lining + lowered inflammation and thereby he got all the downstream benefits of neurotransmitter production, mood and ’control’. life is beautiful when you find the right compound for your situation.

Can, but it is really hard. Thailand is possible, but you are looking at around 10 years of residence with no guarantee. The same goes for the Philippines. Cambodia has options if you have money, even with much less physical presence. The last option, if you count it as Southeast Asia, is East Timor. It generally requires 10 years of residence, or 5 years if you apply with a Portuguese speaking passport. A São Tomé CBI could be helpful for that route. Still, there are no real shortcuts in this region. Cambodia is probably the best option if you are willing to pay the price. This region really needs a straightforward country to launch a CBI program based on a donation in the $140k to $200k range.

The Holy Grail everyone is looking for in this market is a Low-cost, Low-presence path to citizenship. Some say it is to be found in 🇵🇾Paraguay, 🇦🇲Armenia, or 🇩🇴Dominican Republic. I’m not saying it never existed. But don’t be surprised if nobody finds it again.

@kir4ly you are right. Very hard to get. They can’t get it. They all come with Madopar. I understand why but this gives not the effect what i was looking for. And your other point is also good. When i dive deeper in it I also notice that its a challenge if you already a have big stack of other supps.

@SwenRomijn @limitlesstack it’s hard to get off label for adhd or anything besides parkinsons also be very careful with interactions and with tyramine especially at higher does cause it can easily be lethal if you don’t understand the pharmacology behind it (not medical advice)

selegiline turns into methamphetamine after you swallow it. but that's not the best part about it it's that selegiline irreversibly inhibits MAO-B, the enzyme that breaks down dopamine. think of it as plugging the leak in your dopamine tank rather than constantly pumping in more. that means: - extends the lifespan of dopamine already being released - longer and smoother motivation throughout the day - useful if fast dopamine clearing is your bottleneck - less oxidative stress from dopamine metabolism - long-lasting effects because MAO-B has to be regenerated - metabolized into l-methamphetamine and l-amphetamine be especially careful stacking it with other dopaminergic or serotonergic drugs. avoid eating cheese on it at higher doses (anything containing tyramine). swallowing the pill creates way more of those amphetamine metabolites. taking it under the tongue (sublingual) reduces first pass liver metabolism, producing fewer amphetamine metabolites and requiring a smaller dose. 2.5-5mg would be my dose (oral) and 1.25mg (sublingual). not medical advice.
limitlesstack tweet media

most people think dopamine enhancement is one thing. it is a pipeline. l-tyrosine provides the raw material. bromantane increases dopamine synthesis. modafinil reduces dopamine reuptake. adderall reverses dopamine reuptake. selegiline reduces dopamine breakdown. bromantane resensitizes you to your own dopamine. ask yourself: "which part of the dopamine pathway is my bottleneck?"
