@GWRHelp Why have you started not knowing what the carriage formations are for your trains - in the last couple of months the screens say one formation and the train that has been in motion for 2 hours turns up in a completely different formation

@ILovesTheDiff I had one yesterday telling me my crypto account has been closed, an account that I've never had. I called him a dickhead and hung up - only to be called up from 5 different numbers, i eventually answered and he gave me dogs abuse! Outstanding!

No offence intended but if a random mobile number calls you out of the blue and the man who wants to chat about a crypto currency windfall sounds not dissimilar to Borat, his name isn't actually likely to be "Scott Edwards".
