Because it’s not that simple for some people. Don’t get me wrong, I agree with you. But, I’m sure you know a lot of people who voted for him too. Are they racist? People vote for different reasons. I’m just not going to allow myself to start judging people in that sense. It’s a no win situation. Again, if others want to, go for it. I just think it’s a rough way to go. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m pretty outspoken about my dislike for our current president. IMO he’s as awful as they come, and I’m embarrassed he’s the president. That said, I also think that if this is something you have to work through, it’s a you problem. Our country has and always will be built on someone’s ability to disagree politically, and I believe it to be an important t principle (I don’t think any of our current leaders do a good job of this either). Some of the greatest people I know, voted for Donald Trump. Hate me all you want for that, but that’s how I feel.
