@RoyalMail I have been trying to locate a package that seems to be stuck in limbo on your tracking website. According to the notes there was a missed delivery on 16 Feb (no slip, no notification on Ring & we were in all day). Yesterday it says the delivery failed (1)

@O2 is there anyone I can speak to where I can access My O2. The app keeps saying there is an issue and online gives me minimum information. Tried online support and it just keeps taking me to the App to speak to an expert, but I can't access the app!

I just want to thank @Argos_Online for their fantastic after-sales support. Recently purchased a wardrobe that was not suitable & they were quick to pick it back up and swiftly refunded the money, even though the packaging had been destroyed

It is only since having my internet turned off (moving) next day that I trully appreciate how poor @O2 data coverage is in Bristol! 5G: barely responsive; 4G: just as slow; G,H & below: better coverage but not enough for my need! Apparantly there are no problems in the area.
