@TUIUK hi, just booked for September , flights are with Etsy jet, I need assisted travel, tad confused as on the app it says all flight management should be done via flight company, on easy jet it says as it was booked thru a TA it has to be done there? Any help please?

@coopuk my mother is 90 I’ve just done an online order for her , I instructed in the delivery instructions that she needs help for the items to be placed on worktop as she not physically able to bend/lift etc, I spoke to the delivery guy on her doorbell and he refused to enter ?

@O2 @virginmedia a customer of both of you but everytime I try and login to pay my O2 phone bill it takes me to a virgin sign in page which I do, it then sends a security link which I click and then it takes me back to the beginning where the whole thing starts again over! #help
