@alectranews Hello - our building at 19 Wellington St. West in Aurora has a power line hanging dangerously low over our parking lot. Trying to reach someone about getting this fixed.
@ShopifySupport Several European customers have checked across multiple browsers and devices, same issue.
We're quite stuck at the moment, and would welcome suggestions. We have changed nothing recently.
@TAMGAdesigns I tested this myself on several different devices and your store appears to be loading perfectly every time (all Europe based). I am wondering if there are any similarities with those reporting errors - were you able to collect any info such as browser, OS, device etc? -Rick 2/2
@ShopifySupport@tobi seems all of Europe is unable to properly load our website. Customers have been msging for 3 days.
Have been chatting with support for past 3 days and still no resolution. Our developer is stuck.

@ShopifySupport Our theme finds no issues, and we have not made any changes to the site in the last two weeks.
Rick - we need Shopify to step up and help us out here. We're on day 3 of losing sales in Europe.
