@SixoTF Exactly, Transformers has been around for over 40 years and there are generations of fans who were first introduced to different iterations. I'm always going to be a "Geewunner" but I'm thrilled that lately that just about everyone is getting something that appeals to them.

I get the wider point, but if we're going to tug at this thread then really, what's the point in any new Transformers toys of existing characters? Why make any more Soundwave toys post-1984? The answer, invariably, is "someone else wants it, even if I don't"

Hopefully this isn’t controversial, but if I’m paying for a streaming service, there shouldn’t be ads period. Not on Disney+, Amazon, Hulu, none of it. Ads belong on free versions of these platforms. If advertisers are already paying to run their ads, why am I also paying to watch them?

@hellotomy0sr As someone who always connected most to the G1 toy designs and package art, I feel seen! It seems like most fans want cartoon accurate, but I was most intrigued by the sleek, more alien designs on Hasbro's card and box illustrations.
