@TDezutter Same here, I'm trying Pkmn support but I don't have much hope that they'd take responsibility of the fees. A friend got visuals of the package for some reason and apparently it was explicitely labelled as merchandise with a value of 0.01$, which I suspect is part of the cause

Actually having to pay custom fees for the ace trainer rewards is the biggest bullshit Ive had to deal with this year. Imagine paying for a gift. customs also refused my payment dispute because the gift is from a company and not a private individual.
